Marketing Specialist (Instagram)

Sourcing Influencers: Identify and research potential influencers and KOLs who align with our brand values and target audience.
Engagement: Assist in outreach efforts to connect with influencers, fostering positive relationships through effective communication.
Collaboration Support: Coordinate and facilitate influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and timelines.
Negotiation Assistance: Support the negotiation process for contracts and agreements.
Business Development: Contribute to identifying new business opportunities and partnerships with influencers that can enhance our marketing initiatives.
Campaign Tracking: Help monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and suggestions for optimization.
Administrative Support: Maintain organized records of influencer interactions, contracts, and campaign details to ensure smooth operations.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and best practices to inform our influencer strategy.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years experience in influencer marketing, social media, and digital content.
Experience working in a beauty/skincare or e-commerce industry is preferred and experience working in marketing/advertising agency is a plus.
Strong understanding of social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, etc.
and its role in marketing.
Amenable to work on-site at BGC, Taguig, Philippines from Monday to Friday
