The role will provide marketing support on marketing events, campaigns, and materials, showcase the breadth and depth of the company's capabilities, celebrate the people and projects, and help raise the profile and brand recognition of the company with existing and potential clients and broader external market.
- Create, edit, and format marketing and communications materials including collaterals and client presentations for internal and external audiences
- Create capability statements and source project imagery and ensure alignment with company brand guidelines
- Support in reporting needs, coordination, and management of digital files
- Maintain the calendar of events for all major industry associations and ensure proper coordination of external and internal events
- Manage particular client event series (including pre-event planning and running the actual event)
- Maintain relevant SharePoint materials
- Create and maintain client databases and mailing lists
- Support meeting set-up through occasional minute taking and follow-up for key client and internal meetings
- Collaborate with Digital Media Adviser in drafting social media posts
- Support key projects and initiatives and stakeholder coordination
- Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes
- Maintain SOP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required
- Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures
- Assess identified issues and assist in investigating and resolving common and recurring issues.
Escalate concerns to team leader for timely resolution
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications and related discipline, or equivalent experience in business-to-business marketing, public relations, and project management
- At least three (3) years of experience in a professional services environment or similar model
- Experience in events (planning and running)
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
- Experience in SharePoint and/or Salesforce CRM is an advantage
- Experience in taking briefs, following processes and procedures
