The Marketing Specialist role will assist with and streamline operations for the US Partnerships Team (Affiliate, Influencer, Direct Sales, B2B and other partnership channels). This role will own various marketing administrative tasks end to end, including voucher code and URL creation, Quality Assurance checks, pacing and spending updates, invoicing, & various reporting needs.
Job Description Responsible for all voucher code generation tasks for the US Partnership team including monthly & seasonal voucher code creation/generation, campaign and taxonomy organization, code reassignment, and QAing campaigns/codes to ensure successful creationAlso includes CUI data pulls & running ad-hoc tasks (e.g. pulling all active voucher codes for a specific channel)Maintain requested taxonomy to ensure the end users can track voucher codes to planned media tactics, and optimize based on performance
Lead quality assurance to ensure all codes and URLs fit the needs of the request, and can result in a real customer conversion with the intended discount settingLeverage JIRA and Google Sheets for intake requests and tracking intake volume and quality assurance reporting
Monitor code intake volume and QA process for monthly check-ins with Growth Channel Directors 2x/month
Lead auditing of top partners ensuring new codes and URLs have been implemented
Ensures Influencer Performance is processed and responsible for bulk uploading and validating of global influencer codes to CUI
Assist with invoicing QA & approvals across channels
Fulfill requests for ad hoc marketing reports
Contribute to various arising processes-related partnerships as the team grows
