Marketing Specialist

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an electronic photo imaging, graphic and medical systems, industrial products industry. Our reputable client is looking for Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. This is for a full time, onsite, dayshift schedule opportunity based in BGC, Taguig City.

The Marketing Specialist is a key member of Marketing Team and will work closely with the Product & Marketing Leader and Senior Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives that promote the product to the target audience. This role will help move the brand forward through creative and innovative marketing strategies and drive business growth and success in the camera industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Campaign Development: Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to boost brand awareness and sales. Campaign Management: Assist in managing campaigns from start to finish, including budget planning, supplier negotiations, and event coordination. Market Research: Conduct research and analyze competitors to identify trends and opportunities. Use insights to develop marketing strategies and product positioning. External Partnerships: Build and maintain partnerships with brands and organizations to expand our reach. Campaign Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs. Optimize future campaigns based on data and prepare reports. KOL Management Identify and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for collaborations and content creation. Digital Marketing and Content Creation: Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to create online marketing content that aligns with brand messaging and appeals to the target audience. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in marketing or any related courses. 2-3 years of experience in the field of Marketing Experienced in campaign development and execution Skilled in data analysis and reporting Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
