Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

- Assist Media and PR on researching and documenting all campaign reports
- Ensure proper process flow and documentation of product seeding requirements
- Create template of influencers for submission to principal
- Oversee social media research and ensure all posts in various channels are documented on a daily basis of including but not limited to influencers(FB, IG, and Youtube) and media partners
- Monitor expenses c/o OPEX and policing overspending items
- Oversee media plan expenses and ensure compliance on documentation
- Oversee provision of DSVR (Delivery Service Vehicle Request) for events
- Supervise and handle all permits necessary for events
- Manage all interdepartmental communication and coordination for all marketing updates and process implementation
- Create and provide campaign asset videos to stores
- Oversee dissemination of all promotional activities with complete information and mechanics to all Store Heads

Job Qualification:

- College graduate of Marketing or Hospitality Management
- At least 1-2 years related experience
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Above Average interpersonal skills

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
