Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Officer shall assist the Chief Commercial Officer in formulating and executing marketing plans for hospital products/categories to achieve company sales, units, and profit objectives.
Outline marketing plans for short-term and long-term objectives of specific hospital product category, strategies, and specific action plans to achieve sales and profit objectives. Assist in product and package development of new and existing products. Assist in the development and execution of specific strategies and plans for the brand. Sales promotion activities and incentive programs in conjunction with the Corporate Sales' programs. Design, build, maintains social media presence across all digital channels. Prepare budgets (units, sales, and A&P spending) for the assigned brands. Conduct market research in securing market analyses and patient reactions to products, concepts, and advertising. Prepare periodic brand and marketing budget reviews. What we're looking for: Bachelor's/College Degree , Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Marketing or equivalent. At least 2 years work experience in Marketing in a hospital/healthcare setting Highly creative and with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns. Experience and skills in planning and goal setting strategic development Solid understanding of research techniques and knowledge in website analytic tools Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking. Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
