Marketing Specialist

**Job Title**:Marketing Specialist**Location**:Pasig City**Work Arrangement **:Temporary WFH until further notice / Permanent Night Shift**Salary and Perks**:- Monthly Basic Pay: Php 45,000 - Php 55,000- Monthly Rice Allowance: Php 1,500- Monthly Meal Allowance: Php 1,000 (to be added on the 4th month)- HMO on the 1st day. 2 dependents upon regularization- Life Insurance- 20% Night Differential**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field- At least 2-5 years of experience in marketing- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), and content management systems- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills- Ability to work independently**Salary**: Up to Php55,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Life insuranceSchedule:- Night shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
