Develop and execute ad and promo campaign to help boost sales and enhance company and brand image in coordination with suppliers.
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the corporate gifting business
Conduct analysis and periodical reviews including but not limited to specific segment performance, competitive category, market trends, and gaps to enhance product equity and achieve overall business goals.
Conduct on site research (account and end-users) with regard to point of sale competition, branding and product placement.
Perform marketing research to come up with valuable and feasible marketing program recommendations that will promote customer engagement and enhance sales and its implementation.
Extensive experience in dealing with clients and conducts client presentation and negotiation.
Have a good interpersonal and communication skill that will demonstrate success in building relation with clients. Develops proposals, assess customer needs in order to recommend appropriate products/ services in order to meet client satisfaction.
Preparing, planning and project margin the publication and publicity material to maximise brand promoting and truly implementation of effective marketing plans.
Developing and implementing marketing program and project managing of marketing events to attract customers.
Prepare regular assessment and montly report of marketing development, competitor's activities, business opportunities, price movement and trade products.
Have an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to spot business opportunities.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in corporate promotion and gifting
.Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Strong knowledge of the market and corporate gifting industry
· Applicant must have an outgoing personality.
· Applicant must have a very good communication skill both written and oral.
Preferably residing in South (Alabang, Laguna, Muntinlupa, Cavite, etc.)
