Marketing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
- Create an editorial calendar and ensure that deadlines are met
- Ensure a strong web presence on various channels
- Generate ideas to increase customer engagement
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
- Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers
- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
- Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign's overall performance.
- Evaluate important metrics that will affect website traffic, target audience, and online sales
- Recommends enhancements to digital presence citing best practices.
- Design and write e-communication like e-newsletters and text campaigns.
- Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.
- Develop creative targeted marketing solutions in line with the company brand needs.
**Qualifications**:

- 3 years' of marketing experience
- BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
- Excellent writing and communication skills

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
