Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Marketing Specialist at Sette Mari Skin Care Corp., located in Quezon City. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our skincare products and services. You will collaborate with the team to execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives, conduct market research and analysis, manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and track performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
Qualifications Proven experience in marketing; 3+ years of industry experience is preferred. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in guiding and assessing the performance of marketing assistants, identifying areas for improvement. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to travel around Metro Manila for marketing-related campaigns Willingness to travel to East Asian and Southeast Asian countries for marketing-related events and trade shows in the beauty industry. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Mandatory government benefits (PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig, and SSS) Lunch is provided on Monday and Tuesday Salary : Php 25,000 - Php 30,000 (depending on industry experience)
