I. JOB OBJECTIVES
1. To assist in the planning and implementation of marketing activities (e.g. launches, mall exhibits, open house events, site events, etc.) that will delight our current and potential customers
2. To provide support services to the Marketing Department and other departments that are in need of marketing materials
3. To help the company achieve its goals and targets through efficient implementation of marketing plans and programs
II. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Management
a. Assists in the planning of marketing events, including scheduling, theme conceptualization, and budgeting
b. Facilitates the event preparations, ingress, event implementation, and egress in coordination with team members, various company departments and third-party suppliers
c. Prepares marketing collaterals, layouts and designs needed for the event, and coordinates with and checks the work of third-party suppliers who print and install the said materials
d. Facilitates the event documentation (e.g. photo or video), post-event report writing and liquidation
Marketing Support Services
a. Facilitates the permit applications, production, distribution/display and monitoring/upkeep of marketing materials and collaterals (e.g. brochures, flyers, onsite banners, modules, exhibit panels, etc.)
b. Coordinates with the Human Resources and General Services Department to note company activities, job postings, etc. that may need to be promoted in the company's website and/or social media page
c. Uploads content updates to the company's websites (e.g. job postings, website articles, etc.)
d. Assists in the implementation of the company's participation in sponsorships and community programs to ensure that our brand/s is/are properly represented in these activities
Departmental/Administrative
a. Contributes to the formulation of the department's plans, programs and budget
b. Helps gathers reactions to and results of the company's marketing programs, including works by contracted consultants/suppliers
c. Coordinates with the Procurement Services Department for the timely acquisition of supplies and services, and with the Finance Department for the timely disbursement of payment to contracted suppliers
d. Assists in tracking the budget versus expenses of each project/event
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate in BA Communication Arts or any Business Course from a reputable university/college
Has good scholastic records
Preferably with work experience in marketing and/or event-related works in a real estate business
Has good organizational, coordination, analytical and problem-solving abilities
Has good oral and written communication skills
Has good interpersonal and leadership skills
Computer literate
Aligns with the organization's shared values
