Marketing Service Associate For Dagupan Branch

Duties and Responsibilities:

Policy servicing and attends to policyholder's needs.
Coordinates the activity of the Branch Manager and assists to the needs of the agents.
Printing of proposal as requested by the agents and commission analysis of the agent.
Monitors collection premiums from renewal accounts in coordination with Group Accounting.
Monitoring of Agent's Promissory Notes for Cash Advances.
Answers inquiries of agents and prospective clients concerning regular, worksite, and Group business.
Assist with organizing promotional events.
Keep records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
Prepare regular sales forecasting reports.
Perform duties that may be assigned from time to time by the assigned Sales Heads.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience in a sales or marketing position for 2+ years
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a deadline-driven environment
Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
Solid computer skills, including MS Excel and web analytics
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
