The Marketing to Sales Specialist is responsible for seamlessly bridging the gap between marketing initiatives and sales conversion. This role involves strategizing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns with a keen focus on SEO, social media, and lead generation.
Job Description:
-Must be able to generate leads, drafts marketing plan, -Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive strategies that align with the company's sales objectives. Incorporate SEO, social media, and lead generation tactics into marketing plans. -Manage social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Develop and execute social media campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed. -Implement lead generation strategies to identify and capture potential customers. Utilize a combination of inbound and outbound marketing tactics such as content marketing, email marketing, PPC advertising, and events to generate leads. -Conduct keyword research, analyze website traffic, and optimize content for search engines. Stay updated on SEO trends and best practices to ensure maximum visibility and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs)

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing -Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on SEO, social media, and lead generation. -Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. -Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. -Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions. -Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Sales Funnel experience -Ability to target clients -Good with Canva -Adobe editing skills will be a plus -Experience using CRM -Experience using Facebook, Instagram, LI and Tiktok
