Marketing Sales Lead - Cavite

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists in the design and implementation of marketing programs for the assigned project area.
- Sources and recruits sellers to broaden networks in the area.
- Conducts training to sales teams for proper product knowledge and effective sales
- Manages marketing operations; from pre-closing to closing of sales and after-sales services.
- Promotes harmonious relationship with the sales groups and provides excellent customer service
- Monitors and oversees lot inventories.
- Supervises the daily activities of the marketing assistants.
- Manages proper administration and processes of marketing operations.
- Reports and do other related tasks as determined by the direct superior

**Requirements**:

- Must have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any business course
- Those with at least 2 years of experience in a team leader capacity in a marketing set-up will have an advantage
- With excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
- Must be creative, flexible, hardworking, aggressive, and a team player
