**Overall Purpose of the Role**As a Marketing Reports Desktop Publisher (Layout Artist), you will be responsible for the content, brochures, flyers, infographics, and other collaterals of Investment Managers for our Fortune 500 Financial client. With a keen attention to detail, you will update factsheets and templates to present performance numbers in a timely fashion while ensuring data accuracy and procedure compliance. In this role, you will be closely collaborating with a US-based team and primarily utilizing Adobe InDesign for your scope of responsibilities.**Additional Details**- Salary Range: PHP 25,000 - 32,000- Work schedule: Fixed Mondays to Fridays from 9 PM to 6 AM Manila time- This role is an on-site role at our Alabang location**Main Duties and Responsibilities**- Updating all relevant fact sheets, collaterals, and historical data with new and correct information- Reviewing and editing quarterly reports, presentations, flyers, brochures, factsheets, and other material primarily with Adobe InDesign- Taking charge of the content of multiple Investment Managers and ensuring data accuracy over the different quarters of the year- Collaborating with a US-based team to accomplish tasks and submit outputs to the proper departments for review- Working either with templates or creating new files to reflect running performance numbers and then processing for compliance review- Polishing existing info sheets to be preserved in the company's content management system- Proofing your own output to the highest degree of quality and attention to detail before delivery- Performing other relevant tasks when and as needed**Essential Qualifications**- A four-year Bachelor's degree or relevant experience- Working Proficiency with Adobe InDesign- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate with a local and foreign team- Strong knowledge of fundamental presentation design principles, methods, tools, and techniques including design and layout**Desirable Qualifications**- Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest degree of attention to detail- Strong ability to work under pressure with multiple concurrent projects for different stakeholders while meeting specified deadlines- An excellent eye for design with strong insight regarding presentation- Willing to work in our Alabang location**Where will you be working**Civicom's main office is located at the 7th floor of the Unioil building in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
