Marketing Program Coordinator

Position: Marketing Program Coordinator Work setup: Hybrid (RTO 1 or 2x in a week)Shift: 8PM to 5AM (PH Time)Work location: Ortigas, PasigResponsibilities: ? Project coordination, task management, and status monitoring to ensure efficiency and quality of marketing program delivery. ? Active day-to-day management of various tech collaboration platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Gainsight, Reachdesk, Wistia, etc. ? Create and lead weekly reviews and progress check-ins with internal and external stakeholders. ? Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success. ? Support planning and allocation of resources towards strategic marketing program priorities and impact. ? Facilitate communications between internal team members to resolve bottlenecks and drive forward momentum. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field. • Minimum 3 years of working experience as a project coordinator or in account/project management roles. • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint with a high level of interest in learning new collaboration tech platforms, content management systems (CMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills. • Experience working with budgets and forecasting will be advantageous.
