Marketing Program Coordinator

Position: Marketing Program Coordinator
Work setup: Hybrid (RTO 1 or 2x in a week)
Shift: 8PM to 5AM (PH Time)
Work location: Ortigas, Pasig


Responsibilities: Project coordination, task management, and status monitoring to ensure efficiency and quality of marketing program delivery.Active day-to-day management of various tech collaboration platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Gainsight, Reachdesk, Wistia, etc.Create and lead weekly reviews and progress check-ins with internal and external stakeholders.Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.Support planning and allocation of resources towards strategic marketing program priorities and impact.Facilitate communications between internal team members to resolve bottlenecks and drive forward momentum. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.Minimum 3 years of working experience as a project coordinator or in account/project management roles.Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint with a high level of interest in learning new collaboration tech platforms, content management systems (CMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.Experience working with budgets and forecasting will be advantageous.
