Key Responsibilities Strong background in managing and optimizing Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other paid advertising campaigns including Search, Display, and Video, to increase website traffic, leads, and conversions. Responsible for driving the performance of our digital marketing initiatives through data-driven strategies and detailed analytics. Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to drive brand presence and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Google and Forums. Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence based on these metrics. Create and manage compelling social media content, including posts, stories, and ads, to grow our audience and foster a sense of community. Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. in website? emails? social media and blogs) while collaborating with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters. Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization. Conduct keyword research and optimize ad campaigns to achieve maximum ROI. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads and Tiktok Ads to ensure maximum ROI. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and optimize campaign targeting and messaging accordingly. Work cross-functionally with other teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives Collaborate with other teams to ensuring consistency on branding and messaging across all channels. Remain current on our audience's preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and paid advertising. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads. Conduct and support the Total Rewards and incentives program while managing the structure, to be effective, efficient and compliant roll-out at all times. Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Build strong relationships with customers via interaction on social media. Support in weekly syncs and work with team members to execute customer requests. Participates in weekly team huddle and prepare for monthly insights on created initiatives. Minimum Qualifications: Extensive skill son Google and Facebook Ads. A user-centric mindset with creative, innovative and analytical approach. Stronghold on e-commerce and online shopping. Proven experience in Digital, social media marketing and Google Ads management, with a portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in using social media management tools, AI tools, and Google Ads platforms. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Creativity and a strong understanding of current trends in digital marketing. Effective communication style at all levels in the organization, with strong oral and written skills. With good interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to interact effectively and positively in a fast-paced environment. Executing tasks and projects within project scopes. Adept at problem solving unique and complex technical issues around content delivery. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team. Have a data focused mindset with the ability distill down difficult concepts into bite-sized bits. Have a strong interest in Digital Marketing, social media advertising, and shaping the way our company leads the charge to new platforms. ??????? The qualifications you have should be: Must be a Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business and/or related discipline. At least 5+ years of work experience in Google and Social Media Analytics, Digital Marketing or Social Media Management. Must be willing to work on a Hybrid setup from 8:30am – 5:30pm (2 days WFH and 3 days on site) and be assigned in Podium Mall, Ortigas Powered by JazzHR
