Schedule:  Monday - Friday,  8:30 am- 5:30 pm or 9:00 am -6:00 pm Lawrenceville, Georgia Time (includes 1 hour unpaid break)   Client Overview This rapidly growing company provides critical safety and compliance services to keep businesses running smoothly. Their comprehensive offerings span safety management, environmental regulations, and transportation compliance - ensuring clients remain compliant with OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements. As they expand their demand generation efforts, they seek talented professionals to join their team. Role Overview: As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will implement data-driven strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with senior operations and marketing managers, manage marketing lists, analyze campaign performance, and track leads. Your role will be essential in maintaining our marketing technology infrastructure and ensuring brand compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage Marketing Technology: Oversee the marketing technology stack, including CRMs and automation platforms. Ensure proper integration and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Track and Measure Campaign Metrics: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze data to identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement. Create and Optimize Workflows: Develop and refine marketing workflows, including email templates and lead nurturing campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion rates. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and IT to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned and successful. Understanding the team needs to drive effective marketing initiatives. Database Management: Maintain and manage marketing lists to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in targeting and outreach. Qualifications: Must-Haves: Proven experience with HubSpot. Nice to Have: Experience with list pulls from Apollo. Skills: Strong data analysis skills to interpret campaign metrics and trends. Technical proficiency with marketing technology tools and troubleshooting capabilities. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
