Visit azeusconvene.com for more information Responsibilities: Works with and reports to the Global Marketing Manager to set the marketing strategy for the business and to track the performance of all global marketing campaignsEnsures regular review of performances of the team against KPIs and plans activities and initiatives for the welfare of the marketing teamOversees marketing executions for different channels and regions and ensures regular reporting to the management on all GTM executionsEstablishes and operationalizes marketing goals and targets based on past performance and market forecasts, and aligns this with the targets set by the managementTracks and oversees the overall marketing budget across all marketing channels and initiatives and ensures money is spent in accordance with the budget set by the managementOversees current offerings and comes up with new marketing initiatives for new products or servicesResearches and analyzes market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategiesWorks with the marketing team to develop detailed marketing plans for all channels and sales teamsAdjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedbackApproves and oversees the creative development of all marketing collaterals and materials, content, visual assets, and other marketing-related resourcesOversees all inbound and outbound marketing campaignsEnsures that the inbound marketing initiatives (website management, SEO, paid campaigns, social media management, and content management) are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and are optimized to reach the lead generation targetsCreates and improves outbound marketing initiatives (email marketing, telemarketing, events, webinars, conferences, advertisements) to make sure they are tailored to each targeted region and are optimized to reach the lead generation targetsContinuously looks for other creative marketing initiatives to bring in more leadsProvides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetingsWorks within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or serviceTracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in a marketing or related roleAt least 3 years of experience with managing a global marketing team of a B2B multinational companyProven track record in effectively executing various global marketing campaignsExpertise in inbound and outbound marketing initiativesPreferably have marketed B2B SaaS productsExcellent written, oral and visual communication skillsExcellent time-management skillsFlexibility and ability to multi-taskKeen attention to detailOthers:This is for a temporary work-from-home set-up work tools will be providedSuccessful completion of background information check and a valid NBI clearance will be required
