Marketing Operations Administrator - 4920

What will you do in this role? You will be helping to set the foundations for our internal processes, systems and tools for the wider global and central marketing teams. This will include:
Establish processes for ordering marketing stock and collateral. Support marketing campaigns and logistics. Implement and manage technologies for efficiency and effectiveness. Transition digital assets to a new platform and set up governance. Create and maintain a dynamic SharePoint site for the Global Marketing team. Administer and support the workflow platform ( Improve communication methods with other teams. Organise key meetings and internal events. What makes you the ideal candidate for this role? The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:
Marketing degree or equivalent experience – years' experience gained in a marketing setting (or in a role where your remit has been centred around marketing operations) Intermediate to Advanced Excel and data skills Knowledge of SharePoint Workflow management ( a platform like Experience of working with a Digital Asset Management platform ( BrandFolder or Bynder) would be advantageous
