PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited to): Supports the design and delivery of Owner Marketing-related comms in various channels such as eDMs, websites, social media, and print collaterals (magazines and resort directories) Assists with the creation of content including artwork on social media accounts, collaterals, owner promos, and any brand-related initiatives Website administration – ensures the website functions properly across multiple browsers & devices, helps resolve any issue, creates/updates relevant web pages/forms, and improve search engine optimization as well as conducting content audit Helps monitor website and email campaign performance using analytics tools and provide measurement and reporting. KEY POSITION CRITERIA: 1-2 years marketing related experience in marketing or communications. Preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Mass Communication or other related courses. Experience in travel and hospitality preferred. Experience with Wordpress, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Semrush/Ahrefs, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Familiar with social media and is tech-savvy. Building strategic working relationships – developing and using collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. Excellent interpersonal skills, including persuasive abilities, effective listening, diplomacy and tact, team-playing with demonstrated success in dealing with corporates.
