JOB PURPOSE: Shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth, increase visibility, and help the company connect with the customers in meaningful ways; Help the company create marketing campaigns that resonate with families, spark excitement for our brand, and elevate the company experience across all platforms

- 3+ years in Marketing, with a focus on brand management, digital marketing, and campaign development
- Experience managing a team, including creative professionals like copywriters and graphic designers
- A flair for creating child-friendly and engaging content that speaks to families and enhances the company's brand
- Comfort with analytics tools and reporting, with a focus on tracking performance and optimizing campaigns
- A genuine interest in children's apparel and a desire to help build a brand that resonates with both kids and parents
