Job Description: Conduct market research and customer survey to identify potential business opportunities and trends. Analyze market conditions, competitor data, and customer needs. Plan and execute advertising campaigns to reach the target audience (clients). Utilize traditional and digital strategies, as well as organizing and attending events. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and pricing strategies. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Management and Entrepreneurship, or any business-related field. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional etiquette and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analytics, and presentation tools.
