Job description
**THE ROLE**
- Develop store marketing plans and advertising campaigns that set goals for increasing revenue, market share and brand awareness for retail stores
- Developing and implementing promotional campaigns to enhance brand image, promote products in retail stores and reach target audience
- Responsible for driving additional traffic to the store through in-store signage or Mall posters, public relations, in-store promo, leafletting, sponsorships, etc.
- Coordinate all aspects of each project to applicable departments and 3rd party Accounts
- Enhance customer experience with proven loyalty programs
- Execute highly-successful promotional events, mall sponsorships, co-branding projects
- Initiate corporate tie-ups, credit card collab and accounts support
- Creating store planogram that will attract customers with visual appeal and convenience
- To secure and monitor budget allocation for the project plans and ensure that the outputs meet the quality standards and deadlines.
Submit post evaluation after every project after 2 weeks
- Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth in existing markets or new markets
- Aligning with Marketing Head for Social Media posting of store project
- Meeting with store managers to discuss performance metrics and identify problem areas
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Preferably 3-5 years retail marketing experience, preferably for skincare brand.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Las Piñas
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Las Piñas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Marketing Officer: 3 years (preferred)
- Store Management: 3 years (preferred)
