What you'll do: As a Marketing Assistant, your primary role will be to support the marketing team in their efforts to promote the companys products. You will be responsible for assisting in managing marketing projects and following the marketing/ content plan to drive and increase customer awareness.
You will do this by collaborating with the marketing team and assisting in creating content and writing blog posts. You will also assist the sales team in creating professional proposals for large projects and building out call lists.
Key responsibilities for this role include: Taking ownership of individual project deadlines.Assist the sales team in creating professional proposals for large projects. Supporting the marketing team in executing marketing strategies and campaigns. Conducting market research to educate yourself on the topic of content you are creating. Assisting with the creation of content such as social content posts, videos and blog posts.Maintaining the YouTube channel and ensuring it stays up-to-date.Help manage the companys social media accounts and creating engaging and relevant content to build awareness and drive engagement. This will consist of: 2x social posts to LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta and Google my business weekly following the marketing strategy plan.Assist with the creation and managing of customer facing emails to drive awareness using the relevant content in line with our marketing strategy and plan.Work with the marketing team to develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring that content is relevant, timely, and aligned with the marketing goals and strategy.Assist with the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers and presentations. Providing support to the marketing team in day-to-day tasks, such as scheduling and attending necessary meetings, managing email communication etc. Other administration and Ad-hoc support as required.Responsible for building out cold contact lists that the sales team can use for their proactive outreach using systems we have access to. Successful candidates must have: At least 3-5 years of experience as a Marketer or in Digital Marketing and related roles.Knowledge and experience in HubSpot CRM for marketing automation. Experience with Monday.com for project management and team collaboration. This is preferred but not required, as you can be taught. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign. Familiarity with Canva for creating visually appealing graphics and presentations. Demonstrated experience in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Skilled in data mining techniques to gather, analyse and interpret data. Exceptional writing skills with a strong command of the English language, essential for creating engaging and informative blog content. Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to generate innovative marketing ideas. Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. Willingness to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
