Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop marketing strategies:
? Work closely with the executive team to create comprehensive marketing plans that are in line with the company's goals and target audience.
2. Brand Promotion:
? Increase the exposure and reputation of the company by developing and implementing branding efforts.
? Create and maintain consistent brand messaging throughout allmarketing channels.
3. Content Creation:
? Create compelling and relevant content for a variety of marketing products, such as website pages, brochures, case studies, and social media postings.
4. Digital marketing:
? Manage the firm's online presence by developing and implementing digital marketing initiatives.
? Use social media sites, email marketing, and other digital means to reach your intended audience.
5. Client Engagement:
? Establish and sustain positive relationships with current clients by understanding their needs and ensuring high client satisfaction.
? Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
6. Market Research:
? Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition activity, and potential business opportunities.
? Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
? Creates reports based on data & generates actionable insights.
7. Event Coordination:
? Organize and arrange events, such as workshops, webinars, and
conferences, to highlight the firm's expertise and facilitate networking.
8. Collaboration:
? Collaborate with the design and technical team to gather insights and
create marketing materials that showcase the firm's projects and
capabilities.
