Marketing Officer

QUALIFICATIONS
? Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar field.
? At least 1 year experience in a similar role
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) or any related software and applications
? Familiarity with basic accounting principles
? Ability to multi-task and remain motivated and optimistic in difficult situations
? Commitment in working efficiently and accurately
? Ability to act with discretion, tact, trustworthy and professionalism in all situations.
? Keen to details, excellent organizational and time management skills.


JOB DESCRIPTION
? Identify new business opportunities
? Ensures that the company meets revenue targets
? Participates in sales pitches, presentations, pre-bid conferences and assists in preparing the pre-bid documents as required
? Working closely with colleagues across all departments to implement growth strategies
? Cultivating strong relationship with new clients while maintaining good rapport to existing clients
? Collating and maintaining an updated client information in the Client database
? Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
? Ensures that the contacts are updated across all existing clients
? Ensures that the Terms of Reference (TOR) of newly acquired clients are properly endorsed to Operations
? Ensures safe keeping of contract and other pertinent documents at all times
? Performs other tasks and duties assigned by the Immediate Superior as needed.
