Drake's progressive client - a major player in the field of software solutions, is now hiring for a Marketing Officer for their growing team in Makati City.Responsibilities:• Management & Animation of Distribution network, if possible, internationally (regional Asia) • Builds and manages relationships with business partners, distributors, customers, suppliers, and colleagues• Experience in Solution / Software Selling, if possible, in medical / clinical context• Works with the Director in doing sales forecast for Asian region• Works with the Director in business development activities in the region (i.e. partner search and qualification, market feasibility search)• Assists distributors comply with tender requirements by providing supporting product documents and Software license requirements• Communicates training needs of Asian distributors to TD SA and disseminates training information and schedule to distributors and colleagues• Providers product information to distributors and colleagues• Manage CRM updates for the Asian region including partner contact information and opportunities• Liaises between TD SA and distributors for dongle configuration and website access requests• Maintains and updates associated databases, mailing lists, media contacts and the like• Maintains database of customer references of Asian sites• Organize local and regional events, exhibits and product launch programs as well as managing events budgets and the sourcing/production of marketing collaterals and giveaways• Creates/maintains all marketing and communication materials including production of materials such as but not limited to, leaflets, posters, flyers, brochures – this shall also involve writing and proofreading copies, and coordinating with designers and printer.• Provides marketing reports to the Director and evaluates marketing campaigns on both local and regional levels • Provides Sales and Marketing Enablement trainings/mentoring to newly appointed distributors in the Asian region.• Contributes to the Company's long-term marketing plans and strategies on regional levelQualifications:• Bachelor's degree in any field• Experience as an Account Manager or Marketing Officer• Proven track record in account management, specifically with distributors in Southeast Asia• Strong knowledge of medical software and market analysis, including trends and company positioning• Ability to conduct thorough market research• Availability to work Monday to Friday, with 2 days onsite per week
