Must be a Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing ManagementMust have an experience in working as a Marketing Officer, particularly within the consumer electronics or IT sector (luggage, lifestyle or accessories category) and in a Business-To-Consumer environmentExperience with market data analysis, interpretation, and researchProven ability to develop marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to top managementExperience in identifying target audiencesFinancial and budgetary management skillstrong ability to negotiate, influence and engage with principals and business partners successfullyHighly numerate with excellent analytical skillsStrong can-do attitude with an abundance of passion, energy, and enthusiasmGood communication skillsPresentable at all times RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Product and Marketing Management
Work closely with the marketing manager in managing the brand's product portfolio and ensuring the positioning of the brand in the local marketCreate a sales plan and forecast based on product competitiveness, business and market trendsDesign a Go-To-Market Plan for incoming products covering all business partnersCreate a pricing and promotion plan based on product sales and business trendsCome up with strategies and promotions that will ensure profitability in our sales channelsStrengthen and establish brand presence in our sales channels including retail and digital executions
2. Operations, Analysis and Reporting
Oversee all daily, weekly, monthly and annual brand operationsGenerate analysis/reports to be shared with internal customers and regional principalsExpense monitoring
