Job Description

The Marketing Manager designs develops, implements, and monitors advertising and marketing strategies/initiatives that increase customer traffic and sales based on comprehensive marketing research and understanding of the mall's customer base. They use creativity in building interest in consumers by employing marketing techniques through various types of media. These are but are not limited to the mall's events and advertising campaigns; implementation of system-wide requirements for promotions, activations, and management activities; and sponsorships.
Educational Requirements:

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication Arts or any 4-year related course.
Experience Requirements:

5 years of managerial experience in a marketing function exhaustively covering brand management, project management, advertising, promotion, market research, media, marketing communications, events management, and retail marketing.
Work Location:

Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. Requirement 5 years managerial experience in all areas in Marketing/Event Management and Advertising. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Management or any related course. High level of communication, analytical and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office, Keynote, Basic Photoshop and photo and video editing. Willing to work at SM City CDO Uptown
