**Job Summary**:
- Responsible for SL Agritech Corporation's (Consumer Foods) portfolio management and setting up of marketing and business strategy
**Duties &Responsibilities**:
- Develop or approves marketing strategy vis-a-vis other brands/products of Consumer Foods and other business units of the company.
- Maintain continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
- Develop or approves marketing strategy for new and existing brands/products.
- Approve plans for the implementation of the marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
- Monitor product(s) Profit & Loss statement and propose or approve investment plans, cost reduction schemes and pricing strategies closely.
- Responsible for Final approval of special pricing, additional price discounting and customer payment schemes (with Executive Management approval as necessary).
- Responsible for the proposal, presentation and/or securing Top Management's approval on important documents or business decisions.
- Work closely with other departments; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
- Develop and deliver marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
- Approve and release Purchase Orders for the Marketing Department.
- Ensure that the marketing objectives are implemented by the Marketing team.
- Guide the day to day activities of the Marketing Team.
- Set up Marketing team's road to professional growth to ensure that each member performs their best, stays highly driven and motivated; and address areas for improvement.

- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
