Building on this foundation, we're now laser-focused on our next GTM phase: a marketing-driven effort that will scale and accelerate revenue growth through our channel distribution partners & direct to Enterprise users.
This is where you come in. We're hiring a world-class B2B marketing manager to define and create our go-to-market engine. This represents a ground-floor opportunity that involves building out our B2B marketing function.
\n Responsibilities and DutiesStrategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to establish Blackpanda as a leading cyber security SaaS player in the Philippines. MarketMarket Positioning: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities in the cybersecurity and technology sectors. Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and resonance with the Philippines Market. Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and customer activation/retention. Optimize digital, events, and partnerships channels for maximum campaign effectiveness.Team Coordination: Work closely with marketing & resources in Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product departments, and regional leaders to ensure cohesive messaging, alignment, and customization of marketing strategies for the Philippines market. Qualifications and ExperienceProven experience building a successful B2B marketing lead engine for a cybersecurity product, ideally a SaaS cybersecurity product.Strong leadership skills to coordinate and collaborate with a distributed marketing team.Experience crafting and running integrated partner marketing campaigns and events.Proven track record in building and running successful sales enablement and customer success programs.Proven ability to work with CRM system (e.g. HubSpot) for lead nurturingResilience and self-starter mentality with a proven track record of success in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or 8+ years of practical experience in the Marketing function.At least 4+ years of experience in a marketing role.Experience in event planning and management is highly preferableStart-up experience in a Series A and/or B2B technology is highly preferable.Fluent in English.
