Company Industry : Manufacturing Job Responsibilities : To research and propose marketing strategy to head office. (New and existing products -including campaigns, events, and PR) Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy support to head office – including campaigns, events, digital trade marketing, and PR. Obtains market share for each product, directing promotional support. Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs, determining company presence at conventions, meetings, seminars etc. Managing all marketing and activities within the marketing team. Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications. Working closely with the sales team and assisting the new product launches. Creating a wide range of different marketing materials. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Job Qualifications : Graduate of a 4-year degree course Has at least 5 years related working experience on the same field. Must have the ability to lead a team and deal with people. Must have good people supervision skills and high sense of responsibility. Competent in assigning staff duties and able to guide and give proper instructions. Must be knowledgeable in using MS Office Working Condition : Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm Hybrid Set up (1 – 2 days' work from home per week) Onsite (Quezon City)
