Marketing Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
• Establish brand positioning, identify target market and develop marketing plans with
specific objectives across different channels and segments
• Align targets and deliverables with overall company goals and communicate with the
Management Team on marketing programs and strategies
• Develop creative briefs to meet objectives for advertising and communications including
print, digital and multimedia
• Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle,
ensuring alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal
support and driving collaboration
• Gather customer and market insights, ramp up guest traffic, generate more leads and
increase brand awareness
• Analyze customer trends and insights, market analysis, and marketing best practices to
build successful marketing strategies
Manage content and updates for guests and internal touchpointsEvaluate the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiativesPerform other tasks that may be delegated by the line manager as the need arises
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, Business or related disciplineDemonstrated ability to develop marketing plans and campaignsMetrics-driven marketing approach with an eye for creativityStrong project management, multi-tasking and decision-making skillsProficiency with online marketing and social mediaExcellent written and verbal communication skills
50k + incentives + service charge
