Marketing Manager

A retail brand is looking for a Marketing Manager in Philippine.
Work Location : Hybrid 
Reporting Line : Head of SEA
Job Descriptions: 1.Fully execute retail marketing strategy through promotional programs, tactic commercial and gifting offerings, retail events, and customer events, SNS events based on Philippine marketing strategy and Philippine marketing & retail calendar to drive for maximum synergy.
2.Plan and develop unique campaigns to support new product launches and core re-promotes and meet/exceed sales expectations.
3.Monitor ongoing promotion effectiveness and refine promotion mechanism.
4.Implement the local retail marketing calendars and deliver local promotional programs within the retail channels (stores, distributors, vending machine,E- Commerce platforms).how many POS in Philippine now?
5.Ensure the development of price ladders, new product opportunities, brand advertising and promotions, strategic and other materials are in alignment with brand direction and strategy.
6.Lead in-store promotion manila store? & event budget, planning & execution to drive sales & brand building.
7.Explore new channels and ideas on promotion and third-party collaborations to generate and drive business growth.
8.Formulate support strategies for program bulletins and propose product and sample forecast usage plans to achieve marketing objectives.
Job Requirements: Minimum of 5 years retail marketing experience from MNC, preferably in the Fashion/Retail or consumer goods sectors.
Demonstrated track record of brand business building, collaboration and leadership, and solid experience in market data analysis is required.

Good business acumen, logical mindset, and willingness to take up new challenges.
Strong interpersonal skills; creative and attention to details.
Excellent command of English & Chinese language is a strong plus.
