Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budget for the
Marketing
? Division and submit report to Operations Manager.
? Ensure that brand message is strong and consistent across all
marketing efforts (events, email campaigns and promotional material).
? Suggest the best marketing techniques for social media and other media
digital campaigns.
? Build marketing plans for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
? Coordinate with leasing division to develop pricing strategies to maximize
profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
? Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and adjusting


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
? With 3 years and up of work experience
? BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant
degree
? Must be willing to travel to different provinces
? Willing to start immediately in Angeles City
