Marketing Manager

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-With 3 years and up of work experience
-BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant degree
-Must be willing to travel to different provinces
-Willing to start immediately in Angeles City

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budget for the Marketing
-Division and submit report to Operations Manager.
-Ensure that brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts
(events, email campaigns and promotional material).
-Suggest the best marketing techniques for social media and other media digital
campaigns.
-Build marketing plans for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
-Coordinate with leasing division to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits
and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
-Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and adjusting the
marketing plan.
