Marketing Manager

SALARY RANGE: 40-50K BENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMO WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM WORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga JOB QUALIFICATIONS: · Strictly Graduate of BA or BS Degree in Marketing Management. .At least 3 years of work experience in Hospitality Industry and Real Estate (Condominiums) · With strong communication skills. · Experienced in Fairs, Pop-ups and other events/functions. · Willing to start immediately. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Design, develop and propose branding and pricing strategies. · Ensures that brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts (events, email campaigns and promotional material). · Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of the competitor, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary. · Direct sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.· Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of the promotional materials.
