Role: Marketing Manager
Schedule: This role will work on MDT (+1 hour from PDT and -1 hour from CDT).

Our Client is looking to hire an experienced, detail-oriented marketing professional with strong communication, strategic, and coordination skills as our Marketing Manager. This role will work closely with the VP of Marketing and other channel owners to coordinate, plan, and execute efforts across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and Amazon businesses. The ideal candidate has a background in DTC marketing, particularly for female-oriented and/or beauty brands, and has worked in a cross-functional capacity in a virtual team setting. We are looking for a strategic thinker, a data-driven decision-maker, and a hands-on team player who can drive growth and brand awareness in a competitive market.
Responsibilities: Provide weekly reporting updates to the VP of Marketing, with a primary focus on the why and the what's next rather than basic KPI reporting. Use data-driven insights to monitor and optimize marketing performance. Assist in coordinating and executing promotions and other marketing efforts across web, paid, and owned channels. Manage core project initiatives across creative production, retention efforts, and Amazon marketing initiatives. Own and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring cross-team coordination and information consistency. Coordinate marketing initiatives with the VP of Marketing, Sr. Retention Marketing Manager, and e-commerce team. Work with the brand team to ensure timely completion of photoshoots and other creative projects. Coordinate with the influencer team and product team to ensure timely product deliveries to content creators for launches and core initiatives. Assist in driving core project management functions. Continuously assess customer feedback and market trends to refine and improve marketing strategies. Day-to-day coordination with our paid ads buyer. Collaborate with the Amazon team to optimize product listings, enhance product discoverability, and increase sales. Lead our SEO strategy and efforts with the support of the creative, brand, and web teams. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in direct response marketing for DTC brands. 1+ years of experience with the SEO function for DTC brands. Past hands-on optimization experience across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snap Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and / or programmatic display experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and experience serving as a Quality Assurance resource across copy, design, web, and beyond. Experience with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Notion. Experience with basic Shopify functions and management. Experience coordinating efforts across web, acquisition / performance marketing, retention marketing, and creative, including video editing and graphic design. Strong data analysis skills. Preferred skills: Experience working for beauty brands. Recent hands-on optimization experience across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snap Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and / or programmatic display experience. Hands-on Amazon advertising experience. Experience in ClickUp. Experience in Looker, including, but not limited to, the buildout of dashboards and comfort with explores and merges. Hands-on experience setting up email and SMS campaigns. Experience using multi-touch attribution partners like Northbeam and TripleWhale (Northbeam preferred).
