**What you will be doing**:
- Develop Marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish
- Analyze customer insights, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Work in partnership with HQ Marketing/Brand and product development team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer life cycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Reviews internal and external collateral materials, proofreads contents, ensures appropriate branding, and approves materials for final distribution.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for new business development providing recommendations with a focus on ensuring that all materials meet established standards as to branding and messaging.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the industry
- Provide research connected to any Marketing or Business Development data that top management might require or need
- Complete any other duties assigned by top management that are associated but not limited to Business Development and Marketing functions in the company
**What we're looking for**:
- Bachelor's degree holder in Marketing or any business-related course
- 8 years of solid marketing experience preferably in used car financing and/or in B2C loan business
- At least 2 years experience in a managerial role
- Experience in managing a portfolio of affiliates/publishers from a b2c loans segment.
- Extensive knowledge of online marketing models (CPA, CPC, CPM, etc.)
- Strong and confident communication, business presentation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team concept mentality.
- Data-driven mindset and structured thinking
- Energetic, tenacious self-starter with the ability to remain resourceful while working in a fast-paced environment.

Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
