**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, development and implementation of medical, DTC and trade marketing strategies and activities to achieve set sales, profitability and market share objectives.
- Medical: Responsible for conceptualization and provision of all sales and marketing materials support (i.e, online or offline detail aids and presentations, product monograph, service items such as baby books, patient records, observation recording tool kits, dispensing doctors price list, webinars when applicable, etc.)
for the Medical Sales Team that will result to achievement of planned sales targets and market shares.
- Trade: Responsible for conceptualization and provision of trade marketing and applicable point of sale materials offline and online that will support different channels (drugstores, modern trade and home delivery channels).
- Direct-to-Consumer: Responsible for development and execution of all online platform plans (i.e., social media channels and website - branded and unbranded, such as NutriMD) and offline strategies (doctor-to-patient materials, in-clinic reminders).
- Responsible for training the field force on product knowledge, detailers, and objection handling, tracking performance of the field force on strategy implementation.
- Close coordination with all functions within the organization relative to management of all marketing mix of products handled (product, price, distribution, medical-DTC-trade promotion).
- Responsible to self-regulate marketing and promotions and safeguard implementations to ensure 100% compliance to the Milk Code and its RIRR and AOs.
