Marketing Manager Core Job Responsibilities:
-Increase brand awareness and drive customer traffic to the various sales outlets and new markets.
-Develop, manage and execute the company's marketing & advertising plan to support set sales targets.
-Manage marketing and advertisements across all available marketing channels: Social media, e-commerce and traditional media.
-Maintain networking in appropriate industry and trade organizations, public relations,
business partners and clients.
-Represent the company in industry functions and events.
-Assist our creative director in the preparation of the brand design bible.
-Work with the sales team for effective coordination of marketing and sales.
-Spearhead the planning and scheduling of industry marketing and sales events (industry trade shows, bazaars, media events).
-Monitor the marketing and PR activities of competitors.
-Manage all content requirements including copywriting, graphic layout and designs (produced in-house or by outside design consultants).
-Manage brand marketing and corporate communication.
-Improve product marketability by researching, identifying, and advancing market opportunities.
-Provide key market information to the management team by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing market data and new trends.
-Manage/Supervise all junior marketing staff and marketing related consultants.
-Be responsible for marketing and advertising for all online sales platforms, including our product launch in Amazon U.S.
-Undertake other responsibilities across departments as deemed necessary by
management.
-Exercise flexibility in schedule and work hours in relation to seasonal demands, events and special projects that may entail change in days off or require extended hours.
(Rightful offsetting shall be applicable for any change in work schedule

Education and Experience Requirements
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing
-Willing to Work Onsite in Makati City
