Marketing Manager For Real Estate & Construction/40K-50K/Pampanga

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- Strictly Graduate of BA or BS Degree in Marketing Management.- At least 3 years of work experience in Hospitality Industry and Real Estate (Condominiums)- With strong communication skills.- Experienced in Fairs, Pop-ups and other events/functions.- Willing to start immediately.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Design, develop and propose branding and pricing strategies.- Ensures that brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts (events, email campaigns and promotional material).- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of the competitor, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.- Direct sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.- Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of the promotional materials.SALARY RANGE: 40-50KBENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMO WORKSCHEDULE: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PMWORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
