Marketing Manager For Housing Development Company

MARKETING MANAGER (1)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
? Strictly Graduate of BA or BS Degree in Marketing Management.
? At least 3 years of work experience in Hospitality Industry and Real Estate
(Condominiums)
? With strong communication skills.
? Experienced in Fairs, Pop-ups and other events/functions.
? Willing to start immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Design, develop and propose branding and pricing strategies.
? Ensures that brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts
(events, email campaigns and promotional material).
? Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of
the competitor, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
? Direct sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

? Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of the
promotional materials.
SALARY RANGE: 40-50K
