Direct Marketing & CRM (Marketing & Communications)
Customer acquisition, loyalty and retention ? Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns management across content, creative, CRM, digital in-house teams to effectively target & acquire players
? Responsible to optimize campaigns to drive objectives and develop post-campaign campaign success reporting and insights
? Increase customer lifetime value measured by top-up frequency and capita per deposit
Increase online traffic ? Drive the marketing plan to drive web visibility and traffic, using and not limited to original content, events, social, paid, comms, website, CRM; managing the calendar, budget and measurement
? Serve as a platform expert across established and developing digital and traditional media channels with the ability to advise direct reports on targeting capabilities, creative formats, and buying methods
? Collaborate with internal and external partners to conceptualize joint customer value propositions to attract prospects
Operations ? Lead, develop, coach and motivate a diverse team so that it is capable of delivering excellent and "best in class" results
? Manage the design and production of publications, such as brochures, presentations, and other related materials (printed and digital)
? Build robust processes to scale the marketing function and create operational efficiencies
? Frequent communication within the organization at all levels, with headquarter and regional team on distribution related tasks, including but not limited to market updates, technology development, operational milestones, reports, commission payment, fund collection, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications ? Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business management, PR or related field Minimum 5 years of loyalty marketing, CRM, and database & campaign management duties is a must
? Strong business sense and comfortable in managing ambiguity Strong at planning, organizing, controlling, and prioritizing skill
? Excellent in spoken and written and oral communications in English and Mandarin
? Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
? Excellent leadership, management and organization skills
