Marketing Manager (40K-50K) Real State Developer

MARKETING MANAGER ( 40K-50K) HOTELS & REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER - ANGELES PAMPANGA

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strictly Graduate of BA or BS Degree in Marketing Management.
- At least 3 years of work experience in Hospitality Industry and Real Estate
(Condominiums)
- With strong communication skills.
- Experienced in Fairs, Pop-ups and other events/functions.
- Willing to start immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop and propose branding and pricing strategies.
- Ensures that brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts (events,
email campaigns and promotional material).
- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of the
competitor, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
- Direct sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
- Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of the
promotional materials.

SALARY RANGE: 40K - 50K
