Position: Marketing Manager
Working Hours: ET standard time (flexible)

Salary: US $1,500 - 2,000 / month (Final offer will depend on the client's approval and assessment of the candidate's overall qualifications) Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels, including PPC, LinkedIn, print, and outbound marketing. Project Management: Oversee the development of key marketing projects such as the company website, printed brochures, emails, company catalogs, and other marketing materials. Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. Process and Procedure Creation: Develop and implement marketing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency across all marketing activities. KPIs and Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics to track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales and other departments to support CRM management, provide market research, and align marketing strategies with sales goals. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and competition. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and business decisions. CRM Management: Support sales with CRM management to enhance customer relationships and streamline sales processes. Team Management: Hire, manage, and coordinate the efforts of internal team members, external agencies, and freelancers to execute marketing strategies and projects effectively. Core Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering sector. Proven experience with PPC, LinkedIn, print, and outbound marketing. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments Experience in developing and implementing marketing processes and procedures. Knowledge of CRM systems and their application in marketing and sales support.
