Responsibilities:Be responsible for brand building and lead generation in the Philippines by leading marketing strategy and implementation.Stay on top of local audience insights, pain points, and decision journeys to inform our marketing strategy.Work directly with the CEO to ensure our organic and paid advertisement efforts are top performing.Work with our agency partners to create SEO-optimized content to acquire students.Tracking and improving the performance of all marketing initiatives in the company.Develop marketing plans for the most significant business and brand impact in accordance with customer understanding, seasonality, maximized earned media, community engagement and brand health metrics.Own the marketing calendar for owned channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Search, email, landing pages, product environments and organic social.Manage and track brand marketing budgets and ensure effective budget use, meeting or exceeding efficiency targets. Requirements:You have 3 to 5 years of experience working on Marketing in a fast-growing tech startup.Passion for understanding the needs, values and preferences of our student body.Strong analytical skills; experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.Strong interpretive skills; ability to quickly understand data and draw conclusions.You are goal-oriented and have an innate drive to achieve and hit targets.Experience building scalable operations to support company growth.You value processes and best practices to achieve consistent outcomes.Desire to work in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment that requires flexibility and a startup mindset.You are not intimidated by change and ambiguity.You have a 'do things that don't scale' mentality.
