Job Summary
As a Marketing Intern, you will be tasked to support the execution of all marketing initiatives, including but not limited to, events management and logistics, content production and release, social media management and campaign monitoring.
You will work with the whole Marketing team (composed of Brand, Digital, Creatives) as they create new marketing content, stage events and plan campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
Working closely with the Marketing director and her managers, you will benefit from an end-to-end marketing immersion and holistic on-the-ground experience.

Your Team
You will be directly supervised by the Marketing managers, depending on the work assigned to you; but the Marketing Director will likewise oversee your performance and contributions to the team. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, Sales, Business Units) to help the team accomplish any marketing request. You will also coordinate with external vendors as needed for specific projects. Your Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events. Coordinate with external vendors and come up with a vendor matrix as needed. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions. Write marketing copy for release in various marketing and communication channels. Assist in the creation of new marketing content - static artworks, videos, promotional materials, etc. Assist in the creation of digital reports. Measure and analyze campaign results. Do image search and contribute to creative executions when there is an opportunity. Perform other tasks as may be required. About YOU
Basic Requirements: Taking up a Marketing and/or Communications course or any related course With ability to write at least short-form content With good communication skills - spoken and written Knowledgeable of design and video softwares, such as Adobe, Canva, etc. With basic photography and/or video editing skills Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, X Proficient in Google Suite Organized and with keen attention to detail Resourceful and highly-motivated Can work independently even with remote supervision Reporting Requirements: Hybrid work arrangement At least 3x a week onsite with Marketing supervision May be required to report to the office for pre-event activities and to event venues as necessary Required to submit weekly accomplishment report for performance monitoring
